Digital Products

All sales are final.
Digital files are made available to download upon purchase. Files can only be downloaded once.

Physical Products

Returns are not accepted, except in the case of damaged products. If your product is damaged upon receipt, please see below for more information.

Damaged Products

If the product you received is misprinted, damaged and/or defective, you have 7 days from receipt to submit a claim. 

Misprinted/damaged/defective products fulfilled by a print-on-demand service (such as Printify or Printful) may be eligible for replacement.

Shipping

Ready-To-Ship (RTS) Items

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products are fulfilled by MARTINAMONSTER ART directly. Processing time takes 1-2 business days; processing times are subject to change.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or First Class Mail (1-5 business days) within the US.

You will be notified when your order has shipped and receive a tracking number, if applicable. Orders are shipped using recycled and new materials.

Print-On-Demand (POD) Items

Print-On-Demand (POD) products are fulfilled by Printful or Printify. The specific POD service will be noted in the product description of the product.

POD products are made-to-order, so estimated delivery dates are based on estimated production time + shipping time. Available shipping services and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. You can expect delivery estimates from 5-12 days.

You will be notified when your order ships and receive tracking information. Note: multiple POD products ordered at the same time may arrive in separate packages.

How Shipping Is Calculated

Shipping is calculated based on several factors, including package weight, customer location, printer location (if purchasing POD), and POD fulfillment service (Printful or Printify).

Items Lost in Transit

If your order has not reached you within 15 days of the expected receipt date, please contact us to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure you provide the correct mailing address when you check out!

The address cannot be updated after an order has shipped; please contact me IMMEDIATELY if the address needs to be updated after purchase.

If the package is returned due to insufficient address, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus the cost of shipping and 50% of the base cost of the item.
